At the top of the tower, we got a look out to the lagoon that was our next stop. On this trip, they drop you off in an ancient Mayan canal, and you float down into the lagoons that eventually hook up to the sea. They were the original trading routes used by the Mayan's.

Along the path were signposts, which were labeled in Mayan as well as our normal numeric system.
